What does impartial and whole of market mean

Yes. We are not tied to any provider and we select fund managers from the whole of the market, more than 40,000 funds, including major fund managers such as Vanguard, Blackrock, Legal & General, HSBC and many others. We can also often access lower cost institutional fund units that are not available directly to consumers. We do not operate our own funds and we do not receive commissions or other payments from fund managers. We are aligned with our customers in selecting the most suitable funds for their pensions.
