We focus only on investment advice, deliver much of our service online and use technology to reduce costs. We also do not recommend our own funds, as some larger IFAs do, and so are aligned with our customers in reducing fund management costs. Our scale means we can often access lower cost institutional fund units that are not accessible to smaller IFAs.
